Bertrand Andriatsitohaina

Completed

Location: Madagascar

Bertrand is a PhD candidate currently undertaking research focusing on the ecology and distribution of mouse lemurs and other small mammals in north western Madagascar. The degree of forest fragmentation is increasing across the whole of Madagascar and therefore his research aims understand how ecological changes in habitat and fragmentation influence the distribution of mouse lemurs and rodents. Factors of particular interest in his project include the presence or absence of corridors between fragments as well as evidence of human presence.
