We do our best to obtain copies of all the dissertations mentioned below but the collection is not complete so it might be worth contacting the libraries of the various universities mentioned to obtain copies on interlibrary loan.  Copies of all the published papers produced from the studies are kept on site and can also be obtained from the authors. Please also check the summary reports on the previous research done at the each of the sites last year.
