Operation Wallacea will be working in the Kruger National Park, the Welgevonden Reserve in the Waterberg Biosphere Reserve and the Intibane/Thanda and Pongola Reserves in Kwa-Zulu Natal Province of South Africa. Other teams will be working in a marine research centre in Southern Mozambique or completing dive training or reef ecology course at Sodwana Bay.  The research plans for the surveys in 2009 in Mdluli Concession, Kruger Park and Welgevonden give an indication of the type of work being completed.  Updated research plans for each of the sites for the 2010 season will be published in March 2010
