University Recruitment: Sara
Carlson
Sara graduated Lehigh University in 2009 with a degree in Biology. She has just returned from an OpWall expedition in South Africa and Mozambique where she spent 8 weeks with cheeky vervet monkeys, dove with hammerheads, and educated her peers about the condition of being a supertaster. Sara will be part of the US fundraising team and looks forward to visiting colleges throughout the northeast and sharing her experience with future OpWall volunteers. |

University Recruitment: Joe Finocchio
Joe most recently served as a creative and studio services intern to Warner Music Group after graduating from Lehigh University in 2009 with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in the music industry. Spending most of his winter snowboarding on the east coast, he anxiously awaits his first OpWall expedition this summer. Always looking for new opportunities, Joe is excited to take advantage of his past experiences in recruiting students to the program during the upcoming fall college tour. |

Operations Coordinator- West Coast:
Bridget Tiffany
Bridget Tiffany is a graduate of the University of West Florida where she earned a B.S. in Marine Biology and a M.S. in Biology. She began working with OPWALL in 2003, where she studied Critical Thermal Maxima and other physiological responses of intertidal fishes to extreme temperatures. Bridget has also conducted eco-physiological research in the Dry Tortugas National Park, the Florida Keys and various regions in the Florida panhandle. Upon graduating she worked as a sea turtle biologist and wildland firefighter at Gulf Islands National Seashore, aquaculturist, and an environmental consultant. Currently she is a lecturer at a small college in San Diego and spends her summers teaching the Indo-Pacific Coral Reef Ecology Course at Hoga Island Marine Research Station in the Wakatobi National Park. In addition, she is also working on developing a conservation education program for the children of the Wakatobi. |
